FleetSMART™ Program Overview
How the FleetSMART™ Program Works
With FleetSMART™ your organization will have its own website where your employees will go to take training. Your FleetSMART™ website will allow you to upload policy and procedures for your drivers to review, and will allow for the assignment of compliance tasks to your drivers.
FleetSMART™ has been designed to deliver two driver training courses per quarter to each of your drivers. These 20-30 minute courses are designed to help reinforce key driving safety concepts to your drivers.
 Quick & Easy Web Site Set Up
The FleetSMART™ Assistant will walk you through the configuration of your FleetSMART™ website. The Assistant provides you with the ability to upload and/or create customized policies and tasks for your organization, and set up the driver training curriculum that will be available to your employees.
Website Administrator
Each website will have one administrator who is responsible for running the FleetSMART™ Assistant. The administrator will be the only person with access the FleetSMART™ Assistant and the reporting tools. The individual who performs the initial registration for an organization will be the administrator.

Uploading & Creating Policies
FleetSMART™ will provide your organization with the ability to upload your own drivers policy, incident reporting, incident investigation, and pre-trip inspection policies. In the event your organization does not have a policy FleetSMART™ will provide a sample policy which you can customize for your organization.
Managing Compliance Tasks

Tasks
Employee Registration
Your employees will self register at your own FleetSMART™ website. Each of your employees will create their own unique user name and password. Upon registration your employees will select the driver training curriculum that is appropriate for them.
Course Assignment
Employees will automatically be assigned two courses per quarter in a two-year cycle, totaling 16 courses in total. The curriculum they receive will be based on the types of vehicles they drive. You can view the training matrix for each vehicle driver type by clicking below.

Training Reports
Administrators will have the ability to run reports on training and tasks that are completed, assigned and delinquent. Administrators will also be able to monitor the number of users in their FleetSMART™ website.
